• Ray has more than 20 years of engineering and management experience. He founded Eden and turned it into a key technical resource for early stage startup companies.
• Ray was directly involved in every aspect of Eden's outsourced development activities, with a deep understanding of the latest advances in broadband networking and product development.
• Ray was a key contributor in the early stage development activities of several successful startups.
• Previously, Ray played a key role at Hughes Network Systems over a 17 year career. As Director of Engineering, Ray led a number of large product development projects.

• Dave brings more than 20 years of experience to Eden, with an engineering development foundation and success in business development.
• As Vice President at Orion Network Systems, Dave was responsible for Product Line Management, Marketing, and System Engineering functions.
• As Senior Director of R&D at Hughes Network Systems (HNS), Dave had product development responsibility for all of HNS' VSAT products (representing $500M+ in revenues), providing direction and management of a $15M annual R&D budget.
• As AVP at HNS, Dave was Business Unit Manager for two of the three international regions with responsibility for P&L, Marketing, and Product direction.
